Paul has 30 plus years professional experience in
Education. Paul has taught in the English National Curriculum and over 20 years in International Schools. He has taught PHE, English, Maths, Science and Humanities, as well as being a class tutor / advisor.
Leading. Paul has had a variety of roles and responsibilities: Head of Department, After School Activities Coordinator, Athletics Director, Advisory Coordinator, MYP Dean of Students, Grade Level Coordinator, Work environment Group coordinator. Elected Board Chair for the Nordic Network of International Schools, coordinating conferences and retreats. Certified for International School Leadership from the PTC.
and Coaching. Paul has been a Mentor for Trainee Teachers and visiting Tutor for the Chiltern Training Group, supervised Newly Qualified Teachers and work placement undergraduates.
He is a certified Cognitive Coach, a restorative Justice facilitator, and most recently obtained a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching through Henley Business School. Where he has worked supporting executives as the MBA program Leader for Denmark.
He now runs his own business providing support for Leaders as a Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator.
